Standard Delivery: R80

We offer standard shipping across South Africa for R80 on eligible standard-size parcels.

FREE Shipping on Orders Over R750

Enjoy free standard shipping when your order total reaches R750 or more.

Delivery times depend on your location and courier availability. Tracking details will be provided once your parcel has been dispatched, where available.

Additional charges may apply to oversized parcels or certain remote locations. Any additional delivery charges will be confirmed before checkout.

Returns & Refunds

7-Day Returns

For qualifying online purchases, you may cancel your purchase within 7 days of receiving your order.

For change-of-mind returns, we ask that items be returned unused and in their original condition where reasonably possible.

Customers are responsible only for the direct cost of returning goods under the applicable cooling-off provisions.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us at info@samapalestine.co.za.

Please include your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs are helpful where available.

For defective goods covered by South African consumer protection law, customers retain their statutory rights, including the applicable six-month protection and the choice of repair, replacement or refund.

SAMA will cover return costs where required by law.

Handmade & Personalised Items

Our handmade products may have slight natural variations, making each piece unique.

Certain personalised or custom-made products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where allowed by law. Your statutory rights for defective products remain protected.

Digital Products

Digital downloads, including embroidery patterns, are subject to applicable consumer laws and statutory exceptions.

Please contact us if you experience problems accessing your purchased digital files.

Refund Processing

Refunds for qualifying cooling-off cancellations will be issued within 30 days of cancellation, as required by law.

Other refunds will be handled within applicable statutory timeframes.
